Made up of 3 blocks, NoMa is designed for those in constant pursuit of a different lifestyle. Taking inspiration from Brooklyn, in New York, NoMa translates the energy of the streets into your home.
Playing with illustrations and freehand brushstrokes in bold yellow, boldness and expression is the soul of NoMa. At the rooftop, a 12 metre high art mural makes an iconic statement, commanding attention from the city around.
The Brand Identity centers around monochrome colours paired with a bold yellow to convey energy of those living the nomadic lifestyle. Using shapes in the brochure - the 3 blocks represents the different areas of the development. From hoarding, to the sales gallery, to the 12 meter high mural, hand drawn illustrations evoke a sense of creativity and expression throughout this development.
